Our dough recipe comes from our dearest friend from the south of Chile, Ximena “Coco” Cavieres, who shared with us her passion for cooking and her special recipe for empanada dough.
Our vegan dough is made from a non-GMO, unbleached all-purpose flour and organic sunflower oil, plus a little salt.
We have several locations all with different hours. We also have several farmers market locations through the week in Central Texas.
